My original review had 3 stars and is attached. No one reached out at the time. I need to update and make this a 1 star. I still experienced issues with accessing my apartment since then. I was locked out of my apartment last night and had to call my mom to drive over an hour to pick me up so I can have a safe place to sleep. I emailed Brandon Marcano to provide an update that I was still experiencing issues. Earlier this morning, he said they will finally install a standard door lock so that I don't have to use an inconsistent key fob. I emailed around 2pm and gave the ETA. A little after 3pm, we arrived and they were 'closed for lunch'. We saw Dina Henry and I calmly told her I was there for a new key and lock due to the persistent issue with access. There was no empathy, remorse and concern for my issue. She had an attitude and was not going to try to resolve. There are other reviews regarding Dina Henry's dismissive and unprofessional behavior. I agree with Monet Carter's review that there is bias and racism when Dina speaks to certain individuals. Her exterior matches her interior. My mom and I waited in the lobby area for over an hour. I went back to my apartment to check and my apt door was open which is a security issue. Just now, Dina Henry had the audacity to call me asking for me to come to the office so they can copy the new key. It's interesting how all of a sudden they know my phone number and want me to urgently resolve an issue on their side. I am a responsible resident; I pay my rent on time. There was a time when the accounting department accidentally placed a parking garage income check on my account, and I quickly notified a staff member to alert accounting. This demonstrates my integrity. If my renters insurance expires, I immediately resolve it so they can update their records. Therefore, I expect the same partnership from them. I also expect professionalism and empathy. This issue could've been resolved last year when I politely asked for a standard lock. If the key fob consistently causes problems, then obviously install a standard lock. Problem solved. Not to mention, today I was told to not call a locksmith after business hours if a lock issue occurs. Also apparently there is a maintenance person on site. Had no idea. However, I was told by a customer service rep from the maintenance line last year to call a locksmith if issues occur after business hours. Another thing...the guy from the maintenance line I talked to earlier...it sounded like he chuckled towards the end of the call which pissed me off. This is not funny AT ALL. I have health issues and this caused even more stress than what I already deal with. Additionally, I missed a day of work because my laptop was stuck in my apartment. This was a huge inconvenience. As mentioned earlier, this seriously would not have happened if they fulfilled my request for a standard lock LAST YEAR. It's a logical answer to the issue. There seems to be inconsistency all around. Please relay the correct info to residents to avoid these types of issues. Greystar/675 N Highland is not good at all...extremely unprofessional. One of the Executive CPMs had no empathy either.

I recently visited this community with my daughter, who is searching for her very first apartment, and Dina made the experience absolutely amazing. As a first-time renter, my daughter had a lot of questions and understandably felt a little nervous about the process. Dina was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and confident. What impressed me most was how personable and genuine she was. She didn’t just treat us like another tour, she truly took an interest in helping my daughter understand her options and what to expect as a new renter. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on both of us. We are still trying to figure out what area she wants to live in but this one is definitely our top 3!!!! THANK YOU DINA!!!

UPDATE: We went to the leasing office the next day for help. Dina Henry immediately stated she was on lunch and knew nothing about the situation. We were told Brandon was off, and there was little urgency to assist a resident who had been locked out of her home, missed work, and had no access to her belongings. The lack of accountability and concern was incredibly disappointing. I am extremely disappointed with this so-called "luxury" apartment community. My daughter has lived here for nearly two years and pays her rent on time, yet she has dealt with one issue after another. Packages are routinely left in unsecured areas of the extension building, resulting in lost or missing deliveries. She has also had recurring ceiling stains that appear to be painted over rather than properly repaired. The biggest issue is the key fob access system. My daughter has been locked out of her apartment multiple times due to fob failures and has spent hundreds of dollars on locksmiths. She has repeatedly requested a standard lock and key, like some of her neighbors have, but management has done nothing. Last night was the final straw. She was completely locked out of both her apartment and the main building. A locksmith was unable to get her inside. She had no access to her clothes, personal belongings, medication, work equipment, or laptop. She works remotely and was unable to work because everything she needed was locked inside. I had to drive over an hour to pick her up because she had nowhere else to go. What makes this even worse is the lack of security. There are often homeless individuals gathered near entrances and around the property, yet there is little to no visible security presence. My daughter is a young woman living in Atlanta and should not have to worry about her safety while also worrying whether she can get back into the apartment she pays to live in. Management and corporate have been aware of these issues for a long time and continue to provide excuses instead of solutions. At this point, the property should reimburse her for the hundreds of dollars spent on locksmith services and address these ongoing security and access problems. A great location does not make up for repeated lockouts, safety concerns, unsecured package areas, and a lack of accountability.

I wanted to give it some time before I made a review. However, I absolutely love it here. The entire staff is so warm, kind, helpful for the last two years of our stay here. The location is perfect ! The maintenance team is always so kind & helpful, and they get maintenance requests done in a timely manner. I would like to shout out Amillio, the maintenance tech for always being so helpful, quick, and knowledgeable when it comes to getting our maintenance requests completed. Dina with Leasing, has been amazing also! Highly recommend.

I’ve lived in a few buildings around Atlanta with amenities and what I’ve found is all the buildings are nice but they aren’t all nice to live in. The difference is how much the people that work there actually care about making it a nice place to live. I’ve never had an issue or a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Chase and Dina are both great and the maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced. Moving out after 3 years (not to another building) but I can’t recommend the staff here enough. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the city.
