2050 Morningside

Coming to this community after dealing with an absolutely terrible apartment experience at 8 metro station in Charlotte has been a breath of fresh air! I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision to transfer here. I’ll admit, I came in VERY skeptical. My previous apartment was a sister property, and my experience there was horrible. Incompetent management was actually one of the biggest reasons I decided to transfer, so I was already on guard and expecting to have similar issues here. Thankfully, that couldn’t have been further from the truth! After getting settled in and comfortable, I can honestly say this community has exceeded my expectations. I have no issues with my neighbors, maintenance is prompt and dependable, and the rental office is extremely responsive! Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, I feel like someone actually listens and takes action. The only issue I’ve had so far was with my water bill, but even then, management was right on it and worked to address the situation. That level of responsiveness really makes a difference. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where you feel like the management team actually cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. My initial skepticism has completely disappeared, and I’m very happy I made the move!

I lived here for 3 years and honestly had no reason of leaving besides wanting a new experience. While living here, I literally had zero issues. Everyone is very friendly including the maintenance guys and i always felt so safe! The community is quiet and the units are very spacious as well. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect first time apartment experience. S/O to all the staff here!! 💖

Shoutout to Anthony for his help with my out-of-state transition. Their application process is very thorough and as a fellow Property Management Professional, I’m happy about it. Even throughout my millions of questions, concerns, and worries..he’s made sure to make me feel like I made a great decision applying at 2050! I can’t wait to move in!!

Absolutely love living here. Anthony, Quinn and Ana are always a pleasure in the office and provide us with great events. The maintenance staff—Joe & Stacato are super efficient and get your issues resolved asap which was so important to me when choosing where to live.

customer service is probably a 2.5 out of 5... anthony to be exact, does he enjoy his job? everything was so bland so dry... maybe he wasnt in the mood.... the few times i spoke with him hell was he ever in the mood? lmao
