My apartment AC has been broken for almost a month during the hottest month of the year with no urgency to fix it. Ive put in at least ten maintenance requests over the course of this time, with most of them going unanswered. The apartment management is nice but good luck getting maintenance here. I also moved into my apartment to a bug problem. I brought this up again to maintenance and it was never fixed.

MAJOR safety concerns and unethical management. Avoid at all costs - especially if you are a female planning to live alone. I'm a woman who lived alone here, and management gave my apartment key to an unknown contractor with no notice, no scheduled or requested work, nothing. I woke up to a man in my bedroom while I was asleep, alone. I reported it immediately. Management admitted it shouldn't have happened and called it an "accident." That's it. No rent credit, no help moving, no accommodation - even though I had to move out specifically because I no longer felt safe. I paid for their mistake, not them. It didn't stop there. After I moved out and came back for my things, it was evident people were continuing to enter my apartment and work on random things without notice - tracking in dirt everywhere, leaving massive holes in my bedroom walls with trash inside, moving my furniture around and not putting it back, all without work orders placed or any notice - which is in direct violation of the lease. Everything was communicated clearly and proactively to them, and they completely ignored it. Other issues: broken security gates the entire time I lived there (no working security), and a strong musty smell in the unit that never went away. But none of that matters compared to the safety failure above. If you're a woman considering living alone here, please do not.
