can't wait to live here! just put my application in. was kinda skeptical about getting a studio but I honestly love the layout...and yes its small but I think this a new chapter for me and this is a great new beginning.

Omg Ms. Posey is so professional ever since she took Over running the community. I have felt heard and anything and everything I have spoke to her about it literally seems like she really genuinely cares about what I am saying. I am so very excited about renewing my lease and continuing my stay here this apartment community has taken a turn for the better. The renovations are amazing. I’m very excited about continuing my stay here and as a long-standing resident, I just wanna say if you are looking for A place to stay with just yourself. This would be the best place to pick.

I have been living here for over a year and I have not seen the first exterminator,and the roaches have gotten so bad here that they crawl all over my couch and bed!!! I have spent almost $150 in roach sprayers,but to no avail has this worked .I have called 1200 studios to complain to the office management,but I never get and answer ,just voicemail. It's now a day before Thanksgiving and I have now became sick to the point of not being able to get out of bed due to the fact of Black mold in my apartment,and the office is now closed for the holidays. I'm laying in bed ,can't breathe ,coughing up mucus,and need to get out of this apartment . This apartment is going to kill me ,because management won't answer the phone so I'm putting it in writing to a review to management!
