This has got to the the worst management in an apartment complex I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in cheaper lower quality apartments and they are 10x better than these. To start I was shown an apartment with a dishwasher, pantry, and washer/dryer hookup. I was moved in to an apartment with none of those things and was pushed back almost 3 weeks. It also has probably one of the worst roach problems I’ve seen . The whole 300 building has them. They got me paying for pest control every month but don’t wanna do nothing about it. Every time I put in a service request for it they say it was completed but looks like nothing has been done.

I’ve lived here for almost three years, and honestly, this has been the worst experience I’ve had since living here. I don’t understand how this place suddenly has so many five-star reviews when the property previously had around a 3.0 rating. A lot of these recent five-star reviews don’t even have comments, which makes me question how genuine they are. There is nothing about my experience here that would make me believe this property deserves a five-star rating. Maintenance is one of the biggest problems. Work orders are closed without the issues actually being fixed, and I’ve even had work orders canceled without receiving any explanation. Management and assistant management rarely respond to emails, so you constantly have to go to the office in person just to get basic issues addressed. Communication is another major problem. There have been multiple occasions where work was done to the property without residents being properly informed. My door was painted, and my Ring camera ended up with paint on it because my building was not properly notified beforehand. There are constantly things happening around the property, but communication from staff is extremely inconsistent. I’ve also had countless issues with bugs despite keeping my apartment clean. Pest control barely comes around, sometimes seemingly only once a year, so I genuinely don’t understand why we are paying for pest control. I’ve had multiple packages stolen or misplaced as well. There is an entire package locker/mailroom area with cameras, yet when I had a package go missing, I couldn’t get anyone to simply look into the camera footage so I could figure out what happened. Instead, I was given explanations about liability when I was just trying to determine where my package went. There are also constant fees and ledger issues that have required me to repeatedly follow up because charges have appeared that shouldn’t have been there. The high staff turnover makes everything even more frustrating because you can speak with one person one week and someone completely different the next, meaning you constantly have to explain the same problems over again. There are definitely a select few people in the office who actually take residents’ concerns seriously and know how to get things done, and I appreciate those individuals. Unfortunately, the majority of my experience has been dealing with staff who are extremely nonchalant and fail to follow through. The walls are also extremely thin, and you can hear just about everything. There is police activity around the property constantly, so there is some sense of security, but it certainly isn’t because this is a peaceful or quiet community. After almost three years here, this will be my final year. I’m currently saving to move somewhere more expensive because I want a better standard of living and, honestly, better management. If you’re looking for somewhere inexpensive to save money, this may work for you. But if you expect maintenance to actually fix things, management to respond to emails, staff to communicate properly, and your concerns to be taken seriously, I would look elsewhere.
