AI Review Summary
This property generally receives high praise for its excellent location near campus, modern apartments, and a friendly, helpful staff that fosters a welcoming social atmosphere. Many residents appreciate the value for money, quick maintenance responses, and fun community events, though some recent concerns have emerged regarding rising costs for rent and parking, as well as occasional issues with hot water and a package retrieval system that could be more convenient. It's also wise for future residents to thoroughly document apartment conditions upon move-in and move-out to avoid unexpected charges.

Unexpected charges have shown up on my ledger. I have called and emailed requesting an explanation several times and have yet to get a response.

WARNING: TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERY ITEM/CORNER/ NOOK/FURNITURE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN AND AFTER YOU MOVE OUT . LET THEM ACKNOWLEDGE IT VIA EMAIL OR YOU WILL BE CHARGE OF $600+ for microwave cleaning, fridge cleaning, stain, paint touch ups, repair for damaged blinds that already existed and trash on the counter top! I am a neat freak and I will not tolerate leaving a trash ,much so in a place that I know will charge me for that, we were the last one to move out so I made sure the common areas are empty of trash! UPDATE : It has been almost a year now since my daughter moved here and she never had any problem until after moving out. Our only issue is that they did not check the room/unit on the day that we moved out nor refunded our deposit. When we turned in the key they just told us they will mail the deposit back. I am appalled to receive a damage charge of $600+ weeks after we moved out(cleaning, room paint, damage blinds, stained furniture). Her room was not in pristine condition when we moved in (she didnt have a choice to pick a unit since she was the last one to be added to that unit) and ended up in a bedroom with existing minor damages. We have proof /pics of her room which we have reported when we moved in. It is disheartening that they don't keep a record of our complaints. We are the type of people that takes photos before and after, therefore I asked my daughter to dispute these charges or I will deal with this personally. I would understand the cleaning fee for fridge and microwave since its a common area. We did not leave a single trash there but on the picture that they sent us there were trash on the counter top. Was that a set up??? Her blinds was already broken when we moved in and was never repaired nor replaced. Her mattress already had an existing paint stain and. her room door was damaged as well and was just patched with OTC wood glue. There were 4 of them in the unit therefore I each of them have been charge $600+? If so that's a SCAM. I feel that they take advantage of these toung adults by taking more money from them.I will only update this when they fairly settle our disputed charges!!! I have warned some friends already whom we have recommended here to be aware of the moving out nightmare!
