Great comprehensive tour of different apartment types and several amenities of the complex. Lauren was a great guide and had an answer for every question. I would highly recommend touring if you are looking for an apartment in Athens!

Just moved my son into The Mark. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Olivia was very helpful answering questions I had about the new Fetch and Rent Plus programs. She also listened to feedback about amending their parking allocation process to occur after rooms are assigned so that a greater number of residents end up with parking next to their apartment building as opposed to lots further away. Additionally, Christopher, the maintenance superintendent, was very friendly and helpful in addressing a couple of issues upon move-in.

Parnika was extremely helpful when I inquired about accommodations for my daughter. She provided a lot of valuable information and detailed answers to all our questions regarding the property. We truly appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. We also love how the property looks and are very impressed with what it offers. The Mark, Athens is a really lovely, centrally located property with great amenities. Such amazing surroundings with a lively vibe, a perfect home away from home for students! Parnika Umashankar showed us around the apartment and the building pointing out every little detail, key features and packing in as much vital information as possible. Her friendly demeanor and warm smile made us feel truly welcome! We are seriously considering The Mark!
