Beechwood Pines

We had a genuinely wonderful experience living at Beechwood Pines (as it was our home for almost five years) and would recommend it without hesitation! The apartments and grounds are very well maintained, but what really made the place special for us was the community. We had kind, friendly neighbors and always felt that there was a real sense of community around the complex. It was simply a very pleasant place to call home. The maintenance team also deserves a lot of credit. They were consistently responsive, efficient, and proactive. Whenever we submitted a maintenance request, someone would usually show up remarkably quickly and take care of the issue. That level of reliability makes a huge difference in day-to-day apartment living. A special shout-out to Laura, the community manager. She is incredibly responsive and professional, but beyond that, she is simply a very kind person. She was always willing to help, communicate clearly, and make things easier for residents. We are very grateful for our time at Beechwood Pines and left with nothing but positive memories of the apartment, the people, and the team that runs it!

I lived at Beechwood Pines during medical school and highly recommend it. I chose the complex based on recommendations from other students. I loved my apartment (and the pool!), staff and neighbors were friendly, the office was responsive, and maintenance requests were fulfilled very quickly. Also, as a woman living alone, I always felt safe. The location itself is super convenient, being within a 1 min drive of several restaurants, grocery stores, department stores, gas stations, and St. Mary's. Overall, I strongly recommend. I would have loved to continue living here if I was still in Athens!

Easily the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff are amazing. Maintenance requests are quickly followed through with by an incredible team who explain everything in detail. Front office is always on top of any issue you may have. Very pet friendly. Lots of great people. Never once had an issue with noise. The pool was a favorite spot for us as well. Walking distance to some great spots to eat and two grocery stores.

I am so grateful to call Beechwood Pines home in Athens. All staff are very friendly and very available when needed or just to say hi! They're dog friendly and have a dog park which was a big win for me! I also love that it's gated and I feel safe within the complex. The location is also great, it's surrounded by two shopping centers and tons of restaurants within 10 minutes! I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking at moving to Athens for school, work, or just someplace new!

I love living here: it is safe, well maintained, dog friendly, and equidistance from both the CVM and VTH. Maintenance is timely, efficient, kind and helpful. Management is awesome and lovely- personable, available to answer all questions and address any concerns, and always working to incorporate fun community events. I definitely recommend Beechwood to anyone looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in Athens.
