So far so good. My building is quiet & peaceful. The leasing staff is amazing! (Mrs. Dionne & Ms. Amaria) Maintenance is friendly as well. Put a work order in and the request was done the same day! Even though it was a small issue, it was done efficiently. So happy with my place.

I've lived here over a year and would steer anyone away from this complex. The pattern is always the same: something goes wrong, you report it, and management either denies it's happening or promises a fix that never comes. A tenant above me caused months of disruption before finally being evicted — after management insisted for months her unit was empty. A mold smell in my unit has never been properly addressed, just deflected. Another tenant here complained three separate times about noise and got nothing done — she moved out rather than deal with it further. That tells you where this management's priorities are: losing tenants is easier for them than fixing problems. My lease has a stated early termination fee. I offered to pay it in person to leave early. I was told that wasn't possible — contradicting my own lease. Make of that what you will. If you're considering this place, ask current tenants directly before you sign anything. This property is only one year old and already named ghetto for the area. Top floors do NOT have carpet. Very thin walls...I can hear my neighbors sneeze!
