Do not rent from them, loads of roaches, thousands of tiny ones. Tub, bathroom and kitchen sank leaked the whole year staying there. AC do not get cold, the refrigerator door never shut properly. The washer was nasty, never used it. The carpet nasty, never shampooed. The place has old everything and outdated!

My apartment is great but Maintance is terrible !!!! I’ve been waiting for certain things to be fixed for months and still nothing but they sure do want rent on time every time

I have been living in this apartment complex since 2002 and thankfully I will be moving in January. This used to be a pleasant place to live with excellent management and maintenance. The apartments began to go down when the property manager sold them to someone that does not even live in Georgia and could care less about the tenants or the property but continues to raise the rent!!!!!! I have not had central air since May and a new unit was bought for the inside and outside but because Corporate wants to go the cheaper route, the new shining unit inside and out does not work. I have a window unit actually 2. My heater was fixed up somehow to work this winter which is great so I don’t freeze!!!!!! I did not want to do a review because I didn’t have anything good to say. Glad that I have found a new place to call home though!!!!! The apartments don’t even look the same on the outside either and it looks like a window unit is hanging from the majority of the windows!!!!!! This is what happens when property is managed by someone in another state, well this is what happened to Windsor because I have enjoyed better days here.

Racism is real. When a brown women comes here looking for a home. They shouldn’t have to face racism to the extent that they are crying when the leave. You can’t hate something unless you love it. Hate is an overreaction of Love, misunderstood or misdirected. People who claimed to be white are taught to be racist and the waddle in that sticky soot for decades and it becomes so overwhelming that it’s easier to lay in it then to try to clean themselves up. Even when it’s disfunction it can be comforting to you if that’s all you know. Please Lord forgive us All for our sins! Especially the hypocritically Christians. Because in the end we all will have to answer to you. May we grow together to give you the Glory because we love you first Lord. Amen
