I have lived here for years and it's been a very pleasant experience! The neighborhood is calm and safe, maintenance always respond to requests in a very timely manner, and the current apartment manager Mr. Ronnie is so kind and personable. It's a good feeling to know he really cares about the residents!

Maintenance doesn't respond to after hours emergencies. This isn't the first time I never got any response for after hours emergencies. The answering service said that they were calling the on call guy and he wasn't responding to them. They literally told me they'd had several other calls that night and he wasn't responding to other tenants on the property either. How is that ok? For the amount of rent we pay the least you can do is have after hours maintenance staff in place. Any damage occurring to your apartment complex due to the lack of proper response from maintenance is not on the tenant. This is completely unacceptable. Next time I have a major issue I'll just be calling code enforcement.

Very quiet … nice size apartment.. had a little bump in the road with them getting my account right but it was resolved and everything is okay. Friendly staff and all maintenance requests get taken care of by the next business day for the most part.

Been here 2 years when Charolette was manager it was Great but when the new manager came in it went to hell she. Changes rules as she sees fit she does not follow your lease. It’s also very expensive for what you get. A friend I recommended had an appointment but this manager refuses to show an apartment if it’s raining. My friend is very happy she did not move in here! The maintenance men are very nice but there repairs suck. Before you move in here realize the office charges you for your water. Our rent has been $102000 but the water bill has never been under $120.00 usually more! Roaches, water leaks, half ass repairs. Not a place for a home and they advertise a new dog park. I’ve look haven’t found it yet!!!!

Jessica, the apartment manager is very friendly and helpful! Throughout the move process she provided needed information regarding next steps. During my lease signing, she took time to clarify a a few areas in the 45-page lease; however, in the 21st century there should be an electronic option. My 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom apartment has new grey slate flooring (the bedrooms have carpet); 2-walk-in closets; a new refrigerator and new countertops in the kitchen; the bathroom are dated, but sufficient. The community is a CABBAGE PATCH,” but I appreciate the diversity. In passing, SUMMER TREE seems to be a quiet community; however, “curb appeal” is NOT APPEALING, but Summer Tree will likely become Albany’s BEST KEPT SECRET. Keep up the GOOD WORK, Jessica!
