Mrs Monek is a High - Performing property Manager, she has Excellent Communication, Great Responsive skills, and Technical Skill. She goes beyond and above for her Tenants to be treated fairly and for all our maintenance requests and problems to be solve and fixed. Canty is proactive, Hard working and fast and Reliable. He goes above and beyond for us he Does an Awesome Job fixing any maintenance problems I and other Tenants may Have, He is Professional, Consistent, and very Helpful. We are blessed to have Mrs Monek and Mr Canty they are the best!!!

Mr. Canty has consistently done an excellent job handling maintenance. He’s reliable, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Whenever an issue comes up, he responds quickly and makes sure it’s taken care of the right way the first time. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stand out. It’s clear he cares about keeping everything in great condition, and that kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. He’s a valuable part of the team, and his work is genuinely appreciated.
