Resumen de reseñas con IA
This student accommodation offers a generally positive living experience, with many residents appreciating the clean, spacious apartments and reasonable rent that includes utilities like electricity, trash, and water. Its convenient walking distance to campus and the presence of security patrols contribute to a safe and comfortable environment, with maintenance typically being prompt and helpful. However, some students have reported issues with office accessibility and responsiveness, particularly regarding package retrieval and hot water, and there are occasional concerns about noisy residents.

Horrible new management! Never open, never able to get packages! Hot water always going out and they never answer the phone or in office! The staff are rude especially the one with glasses! Office hours have been changed multiple times and they still never open. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND
