My name is Ashley. I am a current resident at the Brighton Townhomes. My experience has been amazing . I am coming up on a year of living here. The maintenance team is very prompt with resolving issues. The manager Nicole is amazing and very understanding. Communication is key and you will be fine at the Brighton Townhomes. The units are spacious the bus stop is close for those who have kids. Just all around a great and safe community.

I’ve been living at Brighton townhomes in Acworth, GA since mid November and really enjoying it! I’ve had a very good rapport with assistant manager, Nicole, and she’s been instrumental in getting me through the early stages of moving in and getting settled. The maintenance staff has been very helpful as well and very prompt!

I am a resident here and I absolutely love it. My HVAC system went out and they repaired it with no problems. Nicole and James the maintenance man, are swift with responses. I recommend this community to anyone! 😁

We lived here, as the second renters of the community. Please leave your unit spotless and don't scratch the paint. The carpets are cheap and they will charge you heavily. Remember trash can out after the set time and back in after the truck goes by. Stay away from renting here, it went downhill when Courtney left the community. Jess was trying her best but Nicole is a peice of work. Read other comments you will see a trend. STAY AWAY!!
