Extremely well kept. Leasing office is on top of any issue you may have and are super kind. It is so refreshing to have a staff of people actually helping and caring about their property. Betsy and Riley are amazing and have been extremely helpful from moving in to helping with maintenance. Viridian Shores is definitely the best apartment community I have lived in!

I am very grateful for the maintenance work performed by Aleomar Ordoñez—he is an excellent worker. My refrigerator broke down, and he fixed it without any complications, allowing me to save my food. He also provided excellent service regarding my shower, which was clogged; he fixed it and left it in perfect condition.2221 N Autralian aven apt 202

The maintenance man, Adrian, was amazing. He came and fixed what was wrong in my apartment and then as he was walking out he saw several other issues and stopped and fixed them along the way. He even took the door off of my air conditioning unit and took it outside for me and helped me clean it so that I could have a better air conditioning experience in my apartment. He went above and beyond and I so appreciate that. 💕💕💕

I looked at this property after a friend recommended it. This was actually my very last apartment to view before making my decision on where I was going to move to. I am so glad I went with this apartment! Everyone in the office has been extremely nice and has made everything easy, and explained thoroughly about the policies. The views are beautiful here which makes me even happier about my decision. I have a trash shoot where I can throw my trash away, extremely convenient, and so far everything has been very smooth.
