Steer clear from this place. Management and staff are unreliable and clueless. Pictures you see are from when they first opened because it absolutely does not look like that. Amenities are disgusting and run down. Gym equipment is constantly left broken and kids use it as a playground. Laundry rooms are filthy and machines are constantly broken or ruin your clothes. Also creeps have access to the laundry room and go through your clothes to grab your underwear. Pet waste stations are left overfilled for weeks at a time. They don’t give proper 24 hour notice when entering your apartment. They also have a serious mold and pest problem. They seriously spent their money on painting the buildings a horrible grey color than fixing real issues - issues that multiple tenants have complained about but they just ignore you or respond with a generic customer service type of response. For your peace and comfort, go elsewhere.

Jollie and Edwin are fantastic. After learning of the mishap I had with another complex and explaining my situation, they moved mountains to get me into an apartment that afternoon. They showed urgency, understanding and made the best out of a bad situation. They really went above and beyond.

I live at apt 1513 here and just find a new place TLDR This place is really okay at best. The gates have been broken since day one(all three of them at the three entrances), And rent has only ever gone up never been discounted for the broken gates for 3 years. The forced trash door too door service they offer that we are forced to pay and cannot opt out, the guys leave trash everywhere, they refuse to pick up bags not because they are heavy because they are too big..., Lets see what else the trash dumpsters(both of the community dumpsters) are always full and just trash everywhere, the office you can never contact someone from the office over the phone, you leave many messages they never answer you back, the staff is rude if you can ever get them on the phone, they are always on lunch from 10:30-2pm and close early. Their mail system is a joke, its just a pile of boxes in the mail room where people steal your packages. They hire 3rd party toeing services to often toe vehicles so they can make extra money off you. The best thing about this place is the people that live here, they are normally quite and helpful neighbors. all issues stem from management and their refusal to see people as people instead of a cash farm. Last note how the hell am paying this rent and so many things are wrong, and issues ignored.

I’ve been a tenant here for quite some time, and this place is honestly unbearable. The amenities you’re paying for are consistently out of order. Over the past several months, both laundry stations have been covered in roach droppings, with 75% of the machines broken—some even filled with murky water that smells like mold. The fitness center is no better: it’s always dusty and filthy, with several machines in disrepair, making it unsanitary and unsafe to use. The pools are often dirty, and in the entire time I’ve lived here, I’ve never seen a pool cleaning service. Worse, homeless individuals often stay overnight at the pool area, creating a disturbance. The garbage pickup service is unreliable—half the time, they don’t even pick up your trash. The grounds are overrun with feral cats and raccoons, which is not only unhealthy but also a safety hazard, as they could potentially carry rabies. The sidewalks are frequently covered in feces, and the dog poop stations are almost always overflowing or out of bags, leading to dog waste being left around the complex. The maintenance crew is abysmal. If you submit a request, don’t expect any follow-up. Even if they do respond, your issue will likely be ignored. Maintenance personnel often send last-minute notices saying they need to access your apartment, but the repairs are never done when scheduled. They just show up whenever, completely disrupting your day. When you do need a repair, you’re getting what I like to call the “landlord special”—a half-hearted fix that does nothing. It’s clear the maintenance team is unqualified and lacks the necessary expertise to actually fix anything. The management staff is equally unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone or return emails, and you’re forced to take time out of your day to go into the office, only to be met with rude and unhelpful attitudes. It’s honestly baffling how little these people seem to do during their shifts. If you’re looking for a place with decent property management, a safe and healthy environment, and amenities that are actually worth the price, DO NOT move here. You’d be better off finding a rundown shack. This has been the worst decision I’ve made, and I’m sure their typical, empty "we’ll try to do better" response is coming soon.
