Maintenance came into my home, things in my house were moved Pet friendly I would DISAGREE , the grass in the complex isn’t taken care of, there is wild life in the grass, animal FAECES especially! In my apartment things like vents and sink dispensers weren’t fixed on time , and when they were fixed the same week damaged! Stairs and hallways are filthy all the time ! Walk ways and roads!

On the first day I moved into the apartment, the blinds fell and struck me on the head. I did not escalate the issue because management repaired them the following day. Before moving out, I took photos of the unit to document its condition and ensure there was no damage. Despite this, I was charged over $300 for carpet replacement, even though the carpet was not damaged and I provided photographic proof. My evidence was disregarded. I told them I would mind paying for carpet cleaning since I didn't throughly clean it at the time, but carpet replacement was overkill. Additionally, my security deposit was returned later than required.

For a community that’s considered “luxury”. This is unacceptable! If it was only for a day or two i would somewhat understand but it’s been over a month, and the pile of trash just keeps getting bigger by the day. So that tells me that they just do not care about keeping the community clean. Also good luck finding parking after 9pm. Now that i moved out and had the chance to look for another apartment in the same area. I could say that there are WAY BETTER options in the same area, with more space and better price

Ariel is great. He came in and knew exactly what the issue was with my tub draining too slow because the stopper the other maintenance guy put in was too small. I explained months ago that the holes were too small therefore there was slow drainage but still didn't replace it. Ariel listens to the tenants and doesn't do what he wants but was is necessary and correct.

A month after we moved into the Vue 1400. We noticed more than 16 ongoing maintenance issues in apartment. The “best” are: a leaking sink in bathroom ( we have only 1 bathroom), COCKROACHES, toilet tank was not flushing and many others. The apartment is not reliably functional or comfortable for normal living. So we’re welcoming the repairman almost every day. He is doing his job well but it’s not supposed to be every day. We’re looking forward to speak to management as soon as possible and have the best solution for the situation.
