The Point at District Flats

’m honestly saddened to have to write this, especially after loving my home here for 2.5 years. This property has gone downhill fast. The hallways regularly have trash, stains, and dog urine–so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place. Emails to the property manager and leasing consultant go ignored, and nothing changes. Dog feces sits in the stairwells for days, and pet owners face no consequences. Neighbors block the hallways with random decorations for weeks, creating clear safety hazards, yet management does nothing. Getting rid of Lisa was the worst decision management could have made—she was one of the only people who kept this place running well. The Amy and Demi may be “friendly”, but when it comes to actually maintaining the property, there is zero accountability. If you bring up legitimate issues, you’re treated like you’re just complaining and looked at with a blank stare and harassed with putting a review for their personal corporate benefit. When so many consistent minor flaws are overlooked. This is what you get. This property needs a more mature staff. My lease ends in two months, and I couldn’t be more relieved. With that being said, I think the only good benefit of living at this location under its current management would be the attentiveness of the maintenance supervisor and his team

I enjoyed my two years at the Point at District Flats. The community is well-maintained, and the neighborhood is ideal. The Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, often resolved within the same day, which is excellent. Property Manager Amy is a major asset to this community. She is consistently professional, highly responsive, and proactive in her communication, ensuring residents are always kept informed. Her dedicated approach makes the living experience here very smooth. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.

I've been living here at District Flats since I moved here four years ago from New York. Not only is the building so convenient to so many places, the airport, 95, the city, etc. but the staff is just amazing. Amy and Demi are so friendly and go to great lengths to make this an enjoyable place to live. They decorate the building for holiday events, they have community activities and the building is kept exceptionally clean with the wonderful maintenance staff. The pool is so relaxing and If I ever have an issue, I ask Amy or Demi and it gets resolved immediately. I highly recommend living at the District Flats!!!

Living at The District Flats has been an absolute pleasure! We have been here for over 5 years and the management team here is truly exceptional, always so kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any time an issue comes up, Demi handle it quickly and with a smile. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable community. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels like home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I love living at the Point in West Palm Beach. The people here are amazing and so it the staff. Demi helped me so much when I had a package delivery mixup. She was so patient and attentive answered my calls and updated me when I would ask. Super lucky to live here
