5 star reviews for a dirt lot? And at this rate it will stay a dirt lot. Major unforeseen geology problems have put this project on hold already. Not one worker has appeared and not one piece of equipment has moved for months. This thing is too close to the water and the ground can’t support this structure. Oh and I love the toothpicks holding it up. Who knows if it will ever be built. And for those who bought condos that don't even exist yet...well, what is the expression? A fool and his gold are soon parted?

I visited The Berkeley Palm Beach sales gallery with a friend, where her friend purchased two units in the building. She was seeking to acquire a condo. The sales model is situated a few hundred yards from the construction site, enabling an easy visualization of an actual condominium. This model is exceptionally well-designed and facilitates a clear understanding of the finished product — it is indeed impressive. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, featuring high-end finishes, elegant countertops, and sleek cabinets, reminiscent of layouts from a design magazine. The entire space exudes an aura of luxury and thoughtful design. The living room is bright and spacious, with large windows that create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation while enjoying panoramic views. The bathrooms evoke a spa-like retreat, offering ample space, exquisite tiles, and top-quality fixtures. Adam deserves the highest praise for his professionalism, patience, and transparent approach. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never rushed the process, and made us feel completely comfortable. By the end of that first visit, my friend decided to purchase a unit. The experience left such a strong impression on me that I scheduled a follow-up appointment — and ultimately made a purchase myself. The entire process was seamless and rewarding, clearly reflecting the pride and integrity behind this outstanding development.

The building isn’t even up yet, but the model they’ve got makes it so easy to picture what it’ll be like — and it’s gorgeous. The kitchen setup? Unreal. High-end finishes, beautiful counters, sleek cabinets — like something out of a design magazine. Everything just feels super luxe and well thought out. The living room space feels open and airy with big windows — you can totally imagine relaxing there with a view. And the bathrooms? Spa vibes all the way. Tons of space, stunning tile, and high-end fixtures. Also, gotta say, the sales team was amazing. Super friendly, not pushy at all, and really took the time to walk me through everything. You can tell they’re proud of what they’re building here. If the actual condos turn out like what they’re showing now, this place is gonna be incredible.

Looked at web site, The Berkeley looks like a first class condo building. Found it through Google. Sales agent super professional. Will visit the property when I get to West Palm Beach.
