Bryant has made this move flawless and easy for me and my roommate. I was skeptical and weary of the unknowns at first but Bryant has been extremely helpful and responsive with taking care of any questions and doubts we had. Would strongly recommend.

I lived in this community for almost two years and, for most of that time, the experience was good. I did not plan to move and felt comfortable living here. Unfortunately, the experience changed drastically in the last few months, mainly due to the management of the property manager, Veronica. Despite being presented with a rent increase, there were no visible improvements to justify it: the entry and exit gate had not been functioning properly for some time, the hallways appeared dirty, several lights were not working, and during a gathering in the common areas, neither the bathrooms nor the sink in the barbecue area were functioning. When I tried to communicate to discuss the increase and clarify my options, the process was extremely frustrating. The online portal was changed multiple times and did not function properly, which made it difficult to respond in a timely manner. For this reason, I requested to speak directly with management. The manager, Verónica, showed a lack of empathy and at times was brusque, and on multiple occasions denied my requests to speak with a supervisor or another representative, offering excuses instead of solutions. This lack of communication, transparency, and willingness to help was the determining factor in my decision to move, something that was not initially part of my plans. I want to clarify that my intention was always to understand and properly comply with the lease; however, the way the situation was handled at the end caused what had been a positive experience to end very negatively. I would also like to acknowledge Brian, who from the beginning to the end of my lease was always kind and professional. I understand that he did not have decision-making authority, as any alternatives depended directly on the manager, but his treatment was always respectful. Additionally, I would like to thank the maintenance team, who consistently resolved any issues in the apartment when needed, with a positive attitude and professionalism. In conclusion, I believe this community has potential, but the current administrative management—particularly by the property manager—needs urgent improvement, as it directly impacts the residents’ experience and trust.

I didn’t want to have to write this review, but the continued lack of responsibility and concern for ongoing issues at this property has forced me to speak up. We have lived at Palm Beach Preserve Apartments for a little over a year. When the previous management company was in charge and Jason was the property manager, issues were handled quickly and efficiently, and the community was much better maintained. Since the property was taken over by the new management company, Greystar, just recently in September, the community has gone downhill significantly. This is supposed to be a gated community, but for months the gate has been broken and left wide open, allowing anyone to enter and leave freely. This has made the property feel unsafe and poorly managed. Behind our apartment, there has been a bus parked for over a month that hosts loud “parties” almost every weekend, with music blasting late into the night. Recently, this has even been happening during the week. Just yesterday (Wednesday), the music continued until the early morning hours, which is completely unacceptable. There are also frequent issues with unleashed dogs roaming around the property. This is dangerous, especially with children and other pets living here. In addition, the amount of dog feces throughout the community is alarming and has become a serious health issue. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking community, the courtyard right next to the office is constantly filled with weed smoke, often near the playground. This is inappropriate and concerning. There is a bulk trash dumpster near our building that is meant only for large furniture items, yet residents regularly use it for everyday trash. This has caused a large number of raccoons to gather in the area. The smell is horrible, and the dumpster is broken and never replaced — it is simply emptied while trash continues to leak out. Months ago, a stop sign near the entrance of the property was damaged after someone drove into it and has never been replaced. Because of this, cars do not stop at that corner, creating a very dangerous situation especially with children and people walking their pets every day. On top of that, many drivers speed through the parking lot as if it were a raceway. We have brought several of these issues to the leasing office’s attention multiple times, and nothing has been done to fix them. Something needs to be done because these problems are getting out of hand. We are not the type of people to complain, but we can no longer continue to ignore these serious safety and cleanliness issues. It is very disappointing to see how much this community has declined under the new management. I truly hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed soon.

All I can say is Bryant should be head of leasing at Palm Beach Preserve! The moment I walked into the door he made this place seem like home and welcoming. He helped me through the application process and was able to help me with every question I had and even offered me numerous options that better suited my situation. Amazing experience and an even better place to live! Highly recommended. So glad I chose this place over the others I had in mind!

I have been here for a year, I noticed nothing but the neighborhood getting better and better. They do well with upkeep and communication. Apartments are affordable. The Apartments are cute. The balcony/patio is a great size. Enough places to walk your animals. I can go on and on. Thank you Palm Beach Preserve!
