The building is beautiful and they have excessive security, which can great nowadays, specially if you are a senior. I left NY and went to FL to help my friend, whose mother passed away. I was very uncomfortable during all my stay, which was a little more than 2 months. My friend co owns the apartment and we were both very surprised we couldn't be treated well. Or it was a male Receptionist/Security or the Building Manager talking really bad to us, like we were 5 year olds and we are around 60. It doesn't matter how beautiful a building is, if you don't feel well and understand that the personnel, who works for the building have an obligation to treat guests and owners well, I don't know what to say. Of couse women were extremely polite and made up for the rigid and controlling men, consummed by "excessive power". It doesn't matter, you must treat owners and guests well. Not all men, but always a men... Until this day, my friend, who co owns the apartment, doesn't know how to tell those two individuals who work at the building to give him and his guests respect. We did our best to follow their rules. I don't want to go back to that building. I felt very uncomfortable. It was really, really bad, from the moment I step mybfoot in to the moment I stepped my foot out. My friend and I had conversations and NO WAY we would buy an apartment on that building to feel bad and have no respect from the male workers.

I've lived here a few months and found everyone to be courteous and helpful. I feel very safe here; it is very clean, amenities are great, and the views from the roof are beautiful. Nice place to live.

Ginger Gowing was a delight to work with. She lives in the building and has for 18 years and was able to show our apartment on a moment’s notice. She negotiated an excellent price and I highly recommend her.

What a place, downtown West Palm can't get better than that. Beautiful views especially from pool deck you see 360 degrees all of intracoastal and downtown WPB.
