Resumen de reseñas con IA
This apartment complex offers a convenient location with a friendly and responsive maintenance team, often praised for their quick and thorough work, especially with common issues like appliance repairs. Many residents also appreciate the spacious apartments, sense of community with events and amenities like the pool and fitness center, and a generally helpful leasing staff during the move-in process. However, some residents have reported ongoing challenges with pest control, particularly roaches, as well as occasional issues with older appliances and inconsistent responsiveness from the office regarding more complex problems or disputes.

Update They never resolved anything for me. I just hope this torture ends soon. This unit is infested, and no matter how many times they fumigate, it never gets better. I added a photo. If you don't want headaches, don't rent here. They show you a two-bedroom apartment, telling you the three-bedroom is the same. They insist on that and never show you the real one until the day you move in. But the worst problem here is the customer service. Mrs. Elizabeth is the rudest and most ill-mannered person. And from what I see in other comments, I'm not the only one complaining about her arrogance. How can they have someone like her in charge? She's not empathetic and doesn't solve anything. People like her shouldn't have a customer service or problem-solving job. I'm anxiously awaiting my appointment with the manager and hoping she's not like that woman. She handed over the keys to my apartment and omitted one detail: giving me my car registration sticker. I had to pay a $207 fine because of her poor service. Not to mention that today I went to complain, and she only spoke to me in English, even though she understands and speaks Spanish. She even left me talking to myself, insisting so much that she gave me the document that today they asked for my registration to give me my car registration. And this is after only 20 days of living here. I've already had problems with water leaks, black mold that appeared out of nowhere on the wall, and they just painted over the mold. The dryer doesn't work, and there are cockroaches. DON'T MOVE. For the same price, you'll find a much better place.
