My daughter recently moved out(relocated to St. Pete) after living here for 2 years. She was a student at UT and this place was great for her, the staff (office & maintenance) were awesome. She felt safe living here and it was close to campus, nightlife, restaurants, grocery, etc… Highly recommend Ybor Lofts!

Recently moved into this apartment complex, a relocation to Tampa from Boca Raton. Had to blindly move in. Can say Shawn with the maintenance team has been outstanding, helping me get the place all fixed up and up to standard. Great staff, nice complex, beautiful gardens, and close to downtown. Did I mention Maintenance is awesome?!?
