I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Willow Flats. The community is well kept, the location is convenient, and any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly. Big shout-out to Cynthia and all the management staff, they’ve been super helpful and always approachable, which has made the experience even better. Definitely recommend Willow Flats to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Living at Willow Flats has been a positive experience, and one of the highlights was having Jomar Feliciano as part of the maintenance team. He was always professional, friendly, and efficient. Every time we needed help, he responded quickly and solved any issues with a great attitude. What truly stood out was that Jomar consistently went above and beyond doing even more than we expected to ensure residents were comfortable and satisfied. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the community and took great pride in his work. It’s a big loss for Willow Flats that he is no longer part of the team, but any future employer would be lucky to have someone as dedicated and reliable as Jomar. Thank you for everything you did for us !

Truly wonderful place. Not brand new units but still really nice and comfy, and also, great pricing for a beautiful neighborhood. On top of that the management team are rock stars. Super kind and quick to respond. They also have a bunch of locations around Tampa in their portfolio so you can for sure find the right spot for you. 100% recommend!

The community is well kept. I have only ever had pleasant interactions with staff, managers and neighbors. Located in a great spot in West Tampa. Already looking forward to staying another year. The McKinley manager for willow flatts Jason Grooms is the friendliest fellow and has been nothing but helpful!! Edit- the community is great until your AC stops working. Maintenance staff and office staff have no concern for residents even less so outside of regular monday- Friday business hours. Great place to live until you need something fixed.
