I had a great experience at this place! The staff was very professional, welcoming, and made everything easy. Carina and Juliana were especially kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Re: Appreciation for Outstanding Service and Support Dear Taylor Walker Leasing Agent, Ms. Maldonado, The Community Director and Peter, the maintenance supervisor, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the service my family and I have received at Westchester Apartments. All of Westchester Apartment staff have demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and care that have far exceeded our expectations. When I contacted the front office via email and US Postal service about our air conditioner not working properly, Taylor Walker made sure the issue was evaluated immediately. After it was determined that the HVAC system needed replacement, Marie Maldonado, the community director and Peter, the maintenance supervisor, the two managers that approved of the new AC, had a professional company, Martin Air, install a new unit within approximately 72 hours of my complaint. We truly appreciated how quickly the matter was handled. I also want to thank Ms. Maldonado personally for your assistance with our washer and dryer request. I recall explaining to you that my husband and I have physical limitations that make carrying laundry from the third floor difficult. Although you were not sure how quickly the request could be completed, a washer and dryer was installed in our apartment within five business days. Your prompt attention made a meaningful difference for our household. We are also deeply grateful for the care and attention shown during our application and move-in process. After experiencing housing instability for nine months with our two children, it meant a great deal to be welcomed into an apartment that was so thoughtfully prepared. More importantly, the apartment presented to us was spotless. It was apparent that the staff had diligently and thoroughly cleaned it from top to bottom. The apartment carpet had been shampooed, the walls were clean and appeared freshly painted, the light fixtures looked brand new, and all appliances were clean, in good working order. Even the outlet covers along the wall plugs had been upgraded. It was obvious that the staff invested significant time, effort, and resources into preparing the apartment. Lastly, the apartment was—and still is—completely pest-free, with no roaches, ants, flies, or bugs of any kind. The kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail we have experienced since moving in have only reinforced how grateful we are to be residents of Westchester Apartments. I enjoy living in this community and knowing that it is safe and the office really cares about the people they rent to, Taylor always make sure us residents are taken care of.

Taylor is amazing! every time I need assistance or have any questions he is always right on it and get things done. Very professional and reliable.
