Literally look anywhere else. Ac is broken for the 3rd day in a row, for the fourth time since i moved in a year ago. Currently 91 degrees in my apartment and outdoors feels more cool and comfortable than the apartment i pay almost $2,000/month for. not to mention the constant homeless people inside and outside the building, or the state of the property with trash and dead in hallways. Look anywhere else you will thank me.

I watched this complex be built and just had to wait for all the stars to align. Jessica and Donna are genuinely kind, efficient and accommodating. The amenities are top notch. And my 4 legged son is right at home. 💜

The management team does an amazing job with communication as well as simply ensuring that Waverly Terrace is a great place to live. I was super happy with my time staying at Waverly Terrace.

I recently went to the apartment complex for a tour and I fell in love with the place so I decided to apply immediately, Jessica was too kind and helpful and provided me with the necessary information at all times. I really wanted my application to be accepted and it was, the process was simple and the responses were quick, which shows the efficiency and professionalism. I will move this month hoping that everything goes well as before. Super happy and excited to be part of this community.🙏🥰❤️
