Waterside South at Coquina Key

Fabulous for 6 months of the year…then come the Snowbirds, their kids, their grandkids, VRBO & spring breakers. The pool has a cloudy grossness, the chairs are full & the umbrellas are taken. 6 months of the years feels like living on a cruise ship…too close for comfort. & out of towners are rude & mean. Good thing I have thick skin. Go home.

I have loved living here for the past 2 years. While I do miss living and the walkability on Beach Dr proper (downtown waterfront), being waterfront proper here is way better. Slower, quieter.. haha. Love the amenities and the fact that we are sitting on the water but semi-privately. I rent through a private landlord so can’t speak on HOA stuff apart from I thought it was crazy that they asked me to remove my “Welcome” sign from my front door (but not my neighbors?).. it’s not me vs neighbor btw.. it’s just literally the fact that it was a plain, non-offensive welcome sign lol.
