We’ve been at Waters Pointe almost a year now and we love it! Kate and Keniethia are great at communicating updates to the community, are always open to hearing questions or concerns, and even plan fun events every now and then! Maximo and the maintenance team work hard to address requests in a timely manner and do their best to make sure issues don’t persist. All around, we’re very happy here and find it a great place to call home right on the water.

We’ve lived here for two years now and truly love it. The maintenance team is always quick to fix anything that comes up, which makes a huge difference. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The rent also feels very fair for everything you get, which is so hard to find. One of our favorite parts is the incredible view.. we have water views from every window and regularly see birds, dolphins and even manatees right from our balcony! Overall, it’s been such a positive experience that we honestly don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon. Highly recommended!

We moved in just before the hurricanes and found the apartment in very poor condition, with broken appliances and several maintenance issues. After a number of temporary fixes, the new management team worked with us to address our concerns and improve the situation. We appreciate Keniethia joining Waterspointe and focusing on property improvements; she has been responsive and easy to work with. Kate has also been a welcome addition. However, the management company, Robbins, should consider replacing appliances when there are clear quality concerns rather than relying on short-term repairs. If you are expecting a newer or recently updated unit with designer finishes, this may not be the right fit unless you are comfortable with a first-floor apartment. The location is excellent, though at times it feels as though the management company relies heavily on that advantage.

Moved in 1 month ago. Can’t get any appliances fixed. The part is always on order or on back order. The appliances I warned them about finally flooded my apartment yesterday. Maintenance man put a car jack under my sink to hold it up. After calmly telling the apartment staff our appliances didn’t work they did nothing and flooded my apartment. I was understandably upset and when I called them they said I was “threatening” them. I work 10 hours a day on the water, don’t have time for their lies. Nothing is fixed and nothing is ordered.
