I had a great tour of this property with Linda Chae. She has been very kind, and we've maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I hope that when a unit becomes available, I'll have the opportunity to become part of this community.

This apartment has a roach problem, and management will try to pin it on you even if you keep a spotless home. I found roaches in my kitchen, including inside the wall outlets. When I raised it, management claimed it was caused by “unsanitary living conditions” or a cardboard box that supposedly brought in eggs. That explanation doesn’t hold up. Maintenance staff were in my apartment multiple times and never once cited any sanitation issue. If my unit were actually unsanitary, that would have been documented. Blaming the tenant and throwing out false accusations instead of resolving an issue is never the correct way to handle a situation. I also have photos of live roaches in the stairwells, which is a shared space I don’t clean and have no control over. That alone contradicts management’s story. This isn’t just about a roach issue; it’s about a management team that would rather charge tenants $250 than acknowledge that their tenants aren’t at fault and to not make false allegations about my living conditions. I am happy to have left Visconti.

The staff that handles the repair and maintenance of the facility are top notch. They respond to all the issues I've had through the years quickly and thoroughly. Thanks especially to Joel for getting my a/c repaired through this brutal summer.

We’ve been loving Visconti at Westshore so far! The community is clean, feels safe, and everyone on the staff we’ve met has been so friendly, especially Jeri. Jeri made our move-in process incredibly easy and was so helpful every step of the way. She answered all of our questions, made us feel welcome from day one, and helped take a lot of the stress out of moving. Having kind, genuinely helpful people in the office really makes all the difference. We’re so happy to be here!

Joel is by far the most caring hands on maintenance worker I have ever worked with. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is the nicest individual I think I have ever met.
