Viridian Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had an outstanding experience living in this community. The apartment layouts are spacious, well-designed, and provide plenty of room to live comfortably. The amenities are well maintained, giving residents everything they need while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the community’s greatest strengths is its staff. The office and maintenance teams are consistently professional, courteous, and responsive. Every interaction has been handled with respect, and it’s clear they genuinely care about providing excellent customer service and addressing residents’ concerns in a timely manner. The leadership team deserves special recognition for the significant improvements they’ve made throughout the property. Their commitment to enhancing the community is evident through ongoing upgrades, improved maintenance, and a stronger focus on resident satisfaction. Their proactive approach has created a noticeable positive difference in both the appearance and overall quality of the community. I also appreciate the increased presence and support of the Sheriff’s Office, whose partnership with management has helped maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment. Their efforts, combined with the property’s leadership, have contributed to a greater sense of security and pride throughout the neighborhood. Overall, this is a community that continues to move in the right direction. The combination of spacious apartments, excellent amenities, outstanding staff, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety makes it a place I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to call home. The condominium is very nice and clean. The apartment is large, the bathrooms are beautiful, the green areas, the pool, the entrance—everything is very beautiful.

I really wish I had a negative 5 star. We moved in this March and day 2, we had swarms of roaches. So heavily infested that it kept crawling on ceilings during the night (because ceilings are warmer than floor apparently) and they kept falling on us. It was not just disgusting to have been experiencing this but it is mentally and emotionally draining and taxing to be woken up by a roach falling on you. End of May - they sent in pest control to do something called an actisol treatment. This absolutely did not help. I am writing this review in mid July! The Valent trash is a joke and they loot $28 per month and they never once come pick up the trash!! To make matters worse, the water sprinkler system to water the plants have no timer or something. Sometimes they are on during the mid afternoon around 3pm and sometimes they are on during the midnight. Oh! I've been going to the leasing office for past 2 months to get an AC filter to change. They are always out of it! Oh!! Also, the right lower stove top coil stopped working and we filed a complaint. Guess what they did? They closed out complaint without even visiting the apartment! SOOOOO many more complaints that I can't even list. If you are considering this community, RUN don't walk!!! Look for another place. Any place but this!!!!

Living here has been an absolute nightmare. We moved in to find an extreme roach infestation that hasn’t gone away despite multiple treatments. To make matters worse, trash hasn’t been collected for months, and when we went to the office, management just deflected and blamed tenants instead of fixing a known issue. On top of all that, relying entirely on the Gatewise app for building access is completely impractical, because if your phone dies, you are locked out and forced to tailgate someone just to get inside. Really disappointed and cannot recommend.
