This place has swriously degraded ovwr the years management reallu has suffered from what it used to be the property’s maintenance manager or had maintenance guy is honestly One of the Worst, I have seen in my 39 years of life he truly does not care or value his position nor the company and their image. You can put in our work order and it will be months if they get to it saying they’re backed up when there is numerous videos of the maintenance guy fully breaking down and working on his truck while he is on the clock when he does come out whatever the issue is he’s disrespectful who blames you for everything and walks around taking pictures of your personal belongings, very uncomfortable to have in your household when you have a family. The pictures below or attached to this or what they advertise the place to look like as to the actual pictures so if you’re coming in out of state, you might want to take that into consideration before flying your family here. Yea you guys took my comment down and you said I don’t live there but u did not address the fact those are the lictures of the current state the place is in then you divide water bill between all units so if my grandmother uses no water she still gets a bill due to you guys being to cheap to install meter usuage for each apartment !! Imstead of fighting to delete reviews how about you guys do your job what you charge the tenets for and actually do it !!! Hire a real Katie cle guy that doesn’t sit on his butt on the company’s dime

Love the single story units with yards. Feels like a house more than an apartment. Very homey.

I loved it before. But now the management is starting to tighten it up. They closed the water taps at the front and back of the apartment without any warning. And now they made internet and cable mandatory which is gonna be more expensive for us. Liked the previous management more. Best part is the maintainance guys. They are awesome.
