Vantage on Hillsborough Apartments

I’m currently relocating from Fort lauderdale to Tampa and i had set up my whole day full of apartment tours because i need to find an apartment asap. this was my 2 tour of the day but i was floored by the landscaping, pricing, and floor plans of each apartment that it made my decision a no brainer. Juliana and Gabby in the front desk were so helpful, they made this process so easy, i was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. i’m excited to be a future resident here at Vantage.

Poor service to people who come to see the apartment, I think it's not recommended.

This place is not real, i toured it about a year ago with my roommate and the lady was so hilariously unprofessional and clueless. She took us on the golf cart and was just driving anywhere for a while because she didn't know where the unit she was going to show us was located. When we finally got to the unit, it was an absolute horror show - it was so dirty and falling apart. I have genuinely never seen anything like it. She also mentioned a bunch of features like a whole fireplace if I'm not mistaken, then acted confused when they weren't actually there. It was a mess. We said we wanted to see a unit in the front building which is the one they catfish with, but she insisted that it was too expensive for us and didn't even bother giving us the pricing. Like ok lol. My roommate and I laugh about the situation now because it feels like a fever dream. Go anywhere else
