I enjoyed being a tenant at the urban oasis. Landlord was wonderful and was always available to help me with anything I needed. Property was very convenient to downtown Tampa, restaurants, shopping, and the airport. Stadium is a short drive away. I would def rent again!

I am from Montreal, Canada, and I needed to stay in Tampa for a month while working on a business project. I came across Urban Oasis online, and the excellent reviews gave me the confidence to book my stay. I can honestly say the reviews were absolutely accurate. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Serge, the owner, is incredibly accommodating, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his guests. From the beginning, he made everything easy and stress-free. The location is fantastic. What's funny is that almost everywhere I needed to go in Tampa ended up being only about 10 minutes away. The property is extremely central and convenient. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and was more than satisfied with the experience. I would not hesitate to stay at Urban Oasis again on my next trip to Tampa, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you, Serge, for a wonderful experience.

Was very comfortable here for my stay. Apartment is the perfect size for a single person. Serge is an excellent owner. He was very responsive. I will be back to stay there again when I get back to Tampa.

I loved my furnished apartment at Urban Oasis! It was comfortable, quiet, affordably priced and in a great location. Serge was a super nice and helpful landlord. I’d definitely rent here again if I needed a place in Tampa.
