I have had the pleasure with speaking with Jaime for two days working on the lease and late changes. She answered the phone in the same manner of professionalism each time. While I thought I was inconveniencing her, she took it as an opportunity to help. My daughter will be living there in the Fall and so far, so good. Thanks Union!

This apartment complex seems to find every possible way to charge extra fees. On top of the leasing office staff often being rude, I had an extremely frustrating experience today. I purchased a new car yesterday and needed to get an updated parking sticker. I already pay $60 every month for garage parking, so I assumed replacing the vehicle sticker would be simple. Instead, I was told that because I didnβt have the remains of the old sticker, I would have to pay $50 for a new one. The old sticker ripped when I removed it, and I threw it away like most people would. When I explained that, I was told the sticker is βdesigned like that,β which makes it even more unreasonable to require proof of the damaged sticker in order to replace it. What makes this worse is that the sticker is not even the barcode used for gate access itβs just the 2026 decal for the back of the car. Since my license plate, make, and model are already registered, charging $50 for a replacement seems excessive and unnecessary. They also refused to charge it to my resident account, meaning I had to pay immediately with a card and was charged an additional fee, bringing the total to $58. So after already paying $60 monthly for parking, I had to pay nearly another full monthβs worth just for a sticker required to avoid towing. Extremely disappointed in Union on Fletcher and the way this was handled.
