I had an excellent experience with the leasing office team, especially Paola and Maria, who always provide outstanding customer service with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They go above and beyond to make sure every concern is handled quickly and efficiently, creating a welcoming and positive environment. I also want to recognize the maintenance personnel, Roberto and Yohan, for their exceptional work. They are always helpful, respectful, and highly knowledgeable when resolving maintenance issues. I have been a resident of Turtle Creek Apartments homes for almost 2 years. Management (Maria O) and her Asst (Poula) are superb! Maria is always available by text. I have never felt so appreciated and welcomed in an Apartment community before moving here. The amenities are top tier! Maintenance requests are addressed immediately. Very quiet and safe communities! I have referred friends, who have since moved in! If you should move on the property please let management know that you saw my Google review.

As residents, my wife and I highly recommend Turtle Creek, especially for families.
