They do not care about your safety and would rather follow the “rules” from 40 years ago. Cops are always here, domestic disputes constantly, you will only hear from the association when money is owed. ROTTEN communal washers/dryers, and the smell of chlorine from the pool is nauseating. Water makes noise travel so as nice as it looks it’s NOISY HERE ALL THE TIME. Just don’t. You will not be happy here.
