The Warehouse Lofts

I’ve lived at The Warehouse Lofts for over 5 years and have had a great experience. The lofts have a lot of character, the location is convenient, the community has been welcoming, and maintenance request are handled quickly. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

I’ve lived here with my partner for 2 years and have nothing but great things to speak on about the staff, especially Jenna and our experience here! I’ve noticed there are constant updates and improvements being made in the resident common areas, like the gym, wellness space, community board, and rooftop area. In the past year, the loft building has improved a lot, I lived on the first floor and very pleased with the sanctuary I created, and very satisfied with maintenance on any issue I had. Overall, this is such a cool spot and I would recommend anyone who is new to Tampa to consider this place too!

Thoroughly enjoyed living here! I lived on the 3rd floor and was both a great location for food and misc. activities in Tampa. Management was always accommodating and helpful/timely whenever there was a need (which was rarely the case). I would highly recommend this complex or anywhere else under their management. P.S. I recommend the 3rd floor for the high ceilings!

Currently living at this location and I have had multiple instances of AC issues. To the point where I have told the maintenance staff and the property management staff what they need to do after having a full conversation with the AC guy multiple times. This weekend I spent the entire weekend in my apartment in 95° heat because maintenance said that an AC issue is not an emergency and the property management staff never got back to me. The after hours maintenance people who said that the AC issue is not an emergency issue has portable AC units not 5 feet from my apartment that they couldn’t come and install which takes all of 10 minutes. This is absolutely poor communication and poor management of said staff, whether it be maintenance or emergency staff and this issue should and needs to be remedied.

I am a current resident of this place. I DO NOT recommend living here. To start, my dryer was broken for almost all of last month. No offer of compensation was offered for the service not provided of not having a dryer for a month, and it took them forever to finally just move a dryer from an empty unit to my unit when they could not fix the original dryer. Then my car was towed from the parking lot that I PAY TO PARK IN. When I called and asked them why it was towed from the lot that I have visible permits on my truck to park in, I was told it was my fault and tough luck. They will not ask the company to release my truck that was towed. This place is VERY sketchy with how they operate. And just read the other one stars. This place doesn't care about its residents at all, and clearly has no intention of having their current tenants resign a lease. Absolutely horrible management of their "business".
