I received excellent service. I made an appointment beforehand, but I arrived early, and the woman working that Saturday was very attentive and patient with me, even though I don't speak fluent English. The place and the apartments are beautiful; everything is lovely, clean, and peaceful.

Truly the Best Two Years — An Amazing Community I’ve lived here for two years, and I can genuinely say this has been one of the best rental experiences my family has ever had. Before applying, I’ll admit I read some reviews that made me nervous. But in my personal experience, I have not experienced any of the negative things mentioned. Not once. My apartment has been peaceful, spacious, and incredibly quiet. You don’t hear neighbors through the walls, you don’t feel stressed about noise, and there’s a real sense of privacy and comfort here. Our neighbors have been kind, respectful, and truly a blessing to our family. The sense of community here is something special. Now I have to give the biggest recognition to the maintenance team — Zay, Drey, and Quis. They are absolutely phenomenal. Every work order I ever submitted was handled either the same day or the very next day. They are respectful, professional, efficient, and they genuinely care about doing the job right. They don’t just “patch” things — they fix them. I always felt comfortable when they entered my home, and that says a lot. In two years, I never had any major leaks, floods, or serious maintenance emergencies. That speaks volumes about how well this property is maintained. And Myra… I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me get into this apartment two years ago, and she’s also the one helping me transition out. From start to finish, she has been kind, professional, patient, and truly supportive. She has such a warm spirit and positive personality that makes you feel welcomed and valued. She doesn’t just do her job — she genuinely cares about the residents. She made my entire stay here smooth and enjoyable, and I will always appreciate her for that. The only reason we are leaving is because our growing family needs more space, and they only offer two-bedroom units. If they had larger floor plans, we would absolutely stay without hesitation. If you’re reading reviews and feeling unsure, don’t let that stop you. For my family, this community has been safe, quiet, well-maintained, and full of good people. Living here was one of the best decisions we made. Five stars all around — especially for Myra, Zay, Drey, and Quis. They truly make this place feel like home.

I lived in this property for a full year, and it was the worst rental experience of my life. Maintenance was almost nonexistent. • The AC ) was broken for over 4 months with no real repair. • The washing machine did not work for more than 6 months from the day I received the apartment. • Every maintenance request was delayed, ignored, or marked “completed” without anything being fixed. • The entire maintenance history is documented with dates and tickets. The leasing office is extremely unprofessional and often closed during posted hours. Communication is rude and dismissive, and tenants are left without real support. What happened at the end of my lease felt like a trap: Throughout the year, all messages pushed only for “renewal.” The portal links they sent were repeatedly “User/Link Not Found.” No one ever explained how to submit a non-renewal notice. When I decided to move out, they suddenly claimed I should have given 60 days’ notice and tried to charge me a penalty—despite the broken system and lack of instructions. These practices feel misleading and exploitative. I have screenshots, emails, maintenance tickets, and dates proving everything I am saying. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I strongly advise anyone: do NOT rent here under any circumstances
