Terrible experience. Would leave a 0 if I could. When I first moved there, the management was ok, but over the years have gotten terrible. Constant issues and the quality kept getting worse. Would highly recommend finding another apartment complex that is not managed by UDR.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.

Had to make a payment to move in. Called their number for an hour straight, tried every extension about fives times in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, finally went in to the office and no one was there, waited for abt thirty minutes, called again, no answer, no reply to any text messages. Not even the emergency number picked up after four tries. Unbelievable

Angie and Charlie were very helpful when I needed them when I was not in town!!
