I was a resident at The Pearl for 5+ years and in my opinion it is absolutely one of the best places to rent in St Pete. I especially wanted to mention Hazel for being stellar; she was always super helpful and kind whenever I contacted her. Many thanks Hazel!

I moved to the Pearl back in 2018. I can honestly say this is the BEST place I have ever lived. The apartments are beautiful, and the grounds are well kept. The location is super convenient for everything. You can walk/bike to Coffee Pot and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is the quietest place I have ever lived. You don’t hear your neighbors at all (at least in my experience). Everyone is welcoming and there’s a genuine sense of community. I lived by myself, and I always knew if I needed anything at all, my neighbors would be there. I felt SAFE always. (Special thanks to Greg, Paola and Phil – you all are amazing!! And DDPM.. Justin, Geraldin – thank you so much.) In 5 years, I submitted ONE maintenance request, which was handled immediately. Also, everything in the apartments is newer (brand new when I moved in), so the utility bills are LOW. Like $90 power bill in Aug/Sept low. Why am I leaving then? I’m starting the next chapter of my life with my SO and we decided a house was more appropriate. Otherwise, I would have stayed here indefinitely.

This is a great place to live in St Pete! It is close to downtown and the beach. The apartments are all upgraded and modern. Also, the maintenance guy AL is amazing, anytime there is an issue he is there right away to help!

I had such a great experience residing at The Pearl on First. The community itself was quiet, safe, and neighborly. The location is the best out there - one can walk to Publix, Coffee Pot Boulevard, close to historic Old Northeast and the downtown parks. I loved taking my dog to Coffee Pot and Jack Puryear Park just north of the Pearl off of 1st St N. Location along with the amenities and pleasant and reasonable management staff (Dean and Dewitt)/landlord, has made my experience living here great. You cannot hear neighbors, everything in the unit was in great shape, so I hardly had to call on maintenance (who were great). The premises were kept clean, tenants were respectful of others, and it was generally just a happy little community to be a part of. My transition out was as easy as my transition in, and I will miss living here.
