I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience living here has been disappointing from the very beginning. I’ve lived here for almost six months, and every month there’s been a new issue. The dishwasher didn’t work and took nearly two months to be repaired. During the rainy season, the apartment developed roof leaks. They fixed one leak, but another recently appeared again (same spot in the bedroom). The air conditioning also constantly leaks water from the ceiling. The refrigerator’s ice maker has never worked since I moved in. I reported it on the move-in inspection form, and I even have photos. It’s also absolutely disgusting inside, so bad that I can’t even bring myself to post a picture. Now I’m also dealing with a mosquito infestation, even though I’m rarely home and always keep all doors and windows closed. For over $1,600 a month, I expected a much better living experience. If I could go back, I would have chosen a different apartment. I’ve lived in several apartments before and never experienced so many problems in such a short time.

I moved here July 10th, the transition is smooth sailing. Angela is such a helpful agent, she always made time for my quistions and took my request in such a short peroid. Maintenance are responsive and helpful too. MR
