The Park at Orvieto Apartment Homes

We lived there few years back. It was excellent experience to live there. Management and maintenance were awesome.

The maintenance service is terrible. They always have a bad attitude. These are old apartments that require a lot of maintenance, and whenever you report an issue, they speak rudely to you. The emergency maintenance number is useless. Pray to God you never have an emergency in the middle of the night because they will never answer the phone. There are tons of trees throughout the property, so your car will never stay clean. On top of that, the air conditioning units are so old and inefficient that your electric bill will be much higher than it should be. By the way, there is also a bat infestation in the roofs/attics. I came by on Saturday morning 5/30 around 10:00 AM to turn in my keys, but unfortunately no one was available to greet me when I arrived. I ended up leaving and coming back later. When the leasing agent finally came to the door, she appeared to be late and seemed to have an attitude, as if she didn’t want to be there. I understand it was early in the morning, but a friendly and welcoming attitude goes a long way in customer service. I asked if Irish was available, and I was told that she no longer worked there. The leasing agent then walked away without offering any additional assistance. The interaction felt very unwelcoming and left a disappointing final impression. Unfortunately, my time at The Park at Orvieto has come to an end. I was expecting Irish to handle my move-out because she was always knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my residency. She consistently provided excellent customer service and made residents feel valued. While I appreciate the time I spent living at the community, my final experience was not the positive send-off I had hoped for.

Hello! I heard that Irish is not longer working for the Condominium and I feel really sad about it because she was one of the best employees you had. she was very a pleasant person at the office and when we needed something to be fixed at the apartment, she always was on top of it, not only that excellent customer service at thie office. I think many tenants miss her already.
