I had such a wonderful experience moving into these apartments! Everything was very simple, and the help that I received was immaculate. Great thanks to Kristine, the property manager; she was so nice and attentive to my situation.

I’m movin out! I have lived here for about two and a half years and this is a great little community. The people are friendly, smile and say hello (no issues other than the odd washer/dryer etiquette spat.🤷♀️😅) . The dogs are playful and friendly. The pool is nice and a great little place to have a little picnic with your friends on a Saturday. Always clean and blue. Speaking of clean, the area is great, outside of the odd college student who dragged their month old bag of trash through the community to the dumpster 😂. However, Jimmy and maintenance is prompt and happy to take care of issues. All great people working here. Jonna, the owner is stern but fair. Kristine in the office is kind and easy to get a hold of. I really enjoyed living here. And last but not least, the location is great. Easy access to lots of restaurants, dog parks, supermarkets, and just a hop over to Downtown St. Pete. I leave with gratitude. 🫶

Leasing process was very efficient. Kristine has been very responsive and attentive to all our needs and questions and we are looking forward to our move in next month.

I don't even know where to start! My experience moving into this community was nothing but amazing. Truly exceptional. Kristine has been incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. From the first inquiry I had about this property, she made sure to contact me, even after hours, which was easier for me as I had the time now that i wasnt at work. She made sure to answer all my questions, and from the first time I toured, she made sure I felt right at home from the start. I was sold from the first visit! The entire process was seamless, and it's truly because of how well things are run, and how responsive and quick to reply Kristine was to any inquiry that I had. I'm very happy with how everything went, and I'm glad to call this place my home!
