I've lived here for around 8 months and I have had the best experience living here. By far the best place to live in South Tampa! Such a beautiful building with amazing views and super close walking distance to everything. The backyard is right on the water which has some of the best sunset views. Each unit is unique in its design and i personally love that. They also usually offer a lot of deals and have a lot of units on promo which is also really nice. The staff is really nice and happy to answer any questions you have and maintenance is timely. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely will miss living here.

The place is lovely and our stay there was great. Many thanks to Lindsey and Jose for everything they did to help us and make our stay as pleasant as possible.
