First and foremost the staff here is always upbeat smiling. I love that we have a 24/7 concierge the accommodations are beautiful and you can’t beat the location especially with Gasworxs coming soon and the new Golds gym. The resident portal app is super easy to use and the keyless technology is awesome. And if you have a dog the best Astroturf park in Tampa is just a block away. Update: sad to be moving out. One of our favorite places to live. Moving onto a home but we will miss this location and staff here a lot.

The Mav is a great place to live, everyone here is great. Shy at the front desk is especially great, always been extremely helpful and on top of everything. Highly recommend this place.

I lived in the Mav for almost a year and everyone is amazing especially Shy is absolutely amazing! She is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Every interaction with her is pleasant, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly make a difference.

I love the Mav so much, I’ve been living here since I moved to Tampa and the staff is so helpful with everything. Amarys is wonderful and helps me whenever I have a question about anything! 10/10 recommend <3
