The Lodge at Hidden River

I chose this community based on a recommendation from someone I know. The application process was a bit disorganized, and in the end, I was assigned a different apartment than the one I originally wanted. It wasn’t a bad apartment at all, but it has wall-to-wall carpet, which wasn’t my preference. Despite that, I decided to move forward because the apartment was newly renovated, and I really liked the location and the overall community. Looking back, I can honestly say it was an excellent decision. The apartment is well maintained, comfortable, and feels like home. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance, the team has responded very quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. The office staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I usually work with Jordan or Fabienne, and they’ve both been wonderful. The fitness center is good and has everything needed for a basic workout, although I think it could benefit from a few equipment upgrades. The pool is large and well maintained, and the clubhouse is one of my favorite amenities. It has spacious, comfortable areas where you can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, watch TV, or simply spend some quiet time. Another thing I really appreciate is that the community regularly organizes events for residents, such as food trucks and seasonal celebrations, which help create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, despite the somewhat frustrating application process, living here has been a great experience. The quality of the community, the responsive maintenance team, the friendly staff, and the amenities have made it well worth it. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

My experience with The Lodge at Hidden River was frustrating from start to finish. Throughout my time as a resident, there seemed to be constant issues that required follow-up. Unfortunately, the experience became even more frustrating after moving out. Be sure to keep thorough documentation of everything. In my experience, additional charges and fees were added after move-out, and it felt like I had to continually question and dispute them. What should have been a straightforward move-out process became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication, transparency, and the overall move-out process for future residents.
