I’ve lived here for over 6 months and one of the best apartment complex I’ve lived at! Lianeshka is FANTASTIC and always willing to help, she’s been great! Planning on renewing my lease soon 🙂

Had a tour scheduled at 2 PM today and I arrived at 1:55. The building was locked but there was a QR code titled “self guided tour” so I scanned it. After about 10 attempts at filling out the form (each time it said “invalid tour format”), I called the number that was provided to me when I booked the tour. Nobody answered my multiple calls and I just ended up leaving after standing in the rain for 10 minutes. The AI chatbot continued to say someone would reach out to me, but still nobody has. Not a good first impression at all. I shouldn’t have to chase you down to tour
