The Emerson On Rocky Point

The amenities are legit. I use the gym almost every day and it’s never crowded. Having a peloton row and a sauna in the building is a nice touch. Marisa didn’t just help me find my new apartment but actually gave me priceless Tampa suggestions since I’m new here, which she didn’t have to do. Very happy with my decision.

As someone who travels often, the location of The Emerson has been a game changer. Being just a few minutes from the airport means I don’t have to stress about early flights and I’m always able to catch an uber no matter the time of flight. It’s one of those things I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much until I lived here. The community is beautiful, and Sydney and Marisa were both great to work with from day one. So happy with my decision.

We moved in recently and love it! The views are unmatched and the apartments are beautiful. The staff is great and incredibly helpful, Sydney and Laura are always happy to help and go above and beyond.

One of the biggest reasons I love living at The Emerson is that it honestly feels more like a condo than an apartment. The layouts are so spacious. My 3 bedroom is over 2,300 sq ft, which is something you just don’t find anywhere else in the area. It doesn’t have that typical “apartment” feel at all. Between the size, the finishes, and the views, it really feels like a luxury home. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but if it’s within your budget, it’s 100% worth it. You’re really paying for the space, the quality, and the overall experience. Everything is well maintained and the staff is super responsive, which makes a big difference. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a condo without the hassle or HOA fees, this is definitely it.

Honestly one of my favorite things about living at The Emerson is the little things you don’t realize you need until you have them. The pilates reformer has been a game changer. I used to pay so much for classes and now I can just go whenever I want. It’s such an underrated amenity and honestly saves me a ton of money. They also have complimentary bike cruisers which I use all the time. Being able to hop on a bike and go straight onto the trail on the causeway is such a vibe, especially around sunset. The property itself is beautiful and the views are amazing, but it’s really those lifestyle perks that make it feel different from other places I’ve lived. Staff is always super friendly and helpful too. Marisa, Laura, and Sydney do a great job of answering all my questions and make me feel right at home. Overall just a really easy, enjoyable place to live.
