Geneva was exceptionally detailed in her approach when I inquired about a unit here. She never pressured me but explained all the details in order. Super excited about moving in here. Its right near America's nicest car wash personal pitstop express!

The Brooke @ Rocky Point is a great place to call home! Nice units, grounds, and the amenities are amazing! JJ puts on events and gatherings that are fun, and great way to meet the community. There is always something coming up!

I attended the sushi workshop hosted by JJ in our apartment community and it was well organized and genuinely enjoyable!! JJ created a welcoming atmosphere and everything was prepared on time.
Also Micah did a clear and practical job teaching us how to make sushi step by step, explaining techniques and answering questions without rushing.
By the end, everyone was able to assemble their own rolls confidently. A solid, hands-on event that was both social and informative.
I am really glad to be a resident to be able to join for these great events!

I absolutely love The Brooke at Rocky Point, staff, resident events, and amenities!! Not only do they have a beautiful space and convenient location, but the team is so friendly and fun—a whole vibe. Love the pool and sky lounge, trash valet, and fitness center.

I’ve been here Novel Independence for 11 months now and I absolutely love it and everything about it ! The monthly community events held all throughout the month is part of the reason that I moved here ! Everything is clean and kept up to standard in tip top shape and the user portals and apps such as loft living makes apartment life and payments so easy and seamless ! Natalie bolet the office manager is the sweetest and most knowledgeable person ever and is always so vibrant and willing to assist with any questions or needs . The maintenance staff is superb especially the manager and Sebastian ! They attend to any issues immediately and they have always rectified all issues . The amenities also make everything even much more appealing at this place ! Worth the move for sure ! 💕🫶🏽💕
