This complex offers a great location and recently renovated units with modern finishes, and several residents have praised the helpfulness of the leasing and maintenance teams, especially Andrew, Justin, and Marylin. However, multiple reviews highlight recurring issues with frequent water shut-offs, unreliable internet service, and difficulties with communication from the management office, particularly regarding maintenance requests and application processes.

Apartment complex is located in a great area. There are frequent water shut offs and the leasing office rarely responds to emails so you have to go to the office if you need something. The maintenance crew is very friendly, especially Andrew. He is awesome!

This has been an extremely seemless move in! Justin literally couldn’t have been more attentive and on top of things than I would’ve ever imagined! Beautiful unit as well

1 star. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve only lived here for ONE MONTH and it has been one problem after another. We originally signed a lease for a different apartment and were moved into another unit before move-in. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with an active leak and mold under our kitchen sink that required three emergency maintenance visits, a broken dryer, outlets that didn’t work, shower heads spraying water everywhere, and several other maintenance issues. What should have been a simple and exciting move has turned into an incredibly stressful experience. The most frustrating part has been dealing with management and maintenance. Maintenance requests are regularly marked as completed when they haven’t been addressed. I have cameras in my apartment and can verify whether anyone has entered the unit or not. We’ve had requests closed despite nobody ever coming into our apartment. One maintenance visit even resulted in blood being left on my roommate’s bedding. It’s now been weeks, and we’ve still received no communication regarding how this will be handled. We’ve repeatedly tried communicating with management and have had an extremely difficult time getting responses. Emails go unanswered, and getting updates on ongoing issues feels nearly impossible. I know every apartment complex has maintenance issues from time to time. That’s not what makes this place so disappointing. It’s the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. Problems happen—ignoring residents when they happen shouldn’t. We’ve lived here for one month, and it’s been enough for us to already be considering our legal options. I genuinely would not recommend living here based on our experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with The Brady at Tampa Palms. My son applied for an apartment at The Brady at Tampa Palms in June and, because he was starting a new job, we were told a guarantor would be required. We paid the application fees and a deposit. From the beginning, the application process was disorganized. I had to request a new guarantor application because the original application would not allow me to enter my financial information. Despite never completing or requesting verification of my financial information, we were later told that my son’s application had been approved. No one has been able to explain how that decision was made. The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication from the leasing office. I made numerous attempts to obtain clarification by phone, text, email, and voicemail, including multiple emails to the leasing agent. Every attempt went unanswered. Because of this lack of communication and customer service, we ultimately lost confidence in the community and chose to lease elsewhere. We have also been attempting to obtain a refund of the deposit, but our repeated requests for a response have gone unanswered. This entire situation could have been resolved with one simple response from the leasing office. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage prospective residents to carefully consider the level of communication and customer service they can expect before applying. The application process was frustrating, and the lack of follow-up afterward was unacceptable.

Worst apartment experience ever. Where to start? The leasing office staff are entirely incompetent. The water gets shut off at any time of day with zero notice multiple times a month. This complex was originally called Amberly Place, but the new owners changed it to The Bradey so that the horrible reviews it had online could not be traced to the "new" apartment place which is in fact worse than ever before. I have lived here unwillingly for 9 years, but you don't have to. I am begging of you, please do not move here.
